Allow to specify the multicast network interface used by the MulticastEndpoint

Here's a small patch that allows you to specify the multicast network interface used by the MulticastEndpoint. This is useful – essential actually – if your machine has more than one network interface and you receive the openfast data over a specific one only.

I have tested this feature using the consumer example application.
