Could you please make the 2.4 heartbeat timeout configurable?

            Description

            The heartbeat timeout coefficient of 2.4 is currently hardcoded in

            {quickfix.SessionState.isTimedOut()}

            method.

            Could you please make this number configurable with 0 = no timeout?
