            Description

            The documentation page for ValidateUserDefinedFields parameter says that it's set to N by default.
            That is incorrect - the default value for it in quickfix.DataDictionary is set to true:
            private boolean checkUserDefinedFields = true;

            Need to update documentation accordingly.
